For an eligible, verified and accessible profile: review services and prepare an agreed post or update, customer-question content where supported, and review-response drafts for approval. No fabricated reviews or customer claims.
One useful page or guide per month
Produce or substantially rewrite one agreed service page or buyer-question guide; add relevant structured data only where it reflects visible, accurate content. Publication requires approval and appropriate website access.
Measure and decide
Separate sampled AI mentions, identifiable AI-referral visits, landing-page traffic and qualified enquiries. Deliver an evidence-backed monthly report and a 30-minute walkthrough with next priorities.
Checks and content deliverables are scoped to the agreed one-location Core coverage. Publishing, profile edits and third-party updates require access and appropriate approvals. No guaranteed inclusion in an AI answer, ranking or enquiry volume.

Founding places are limited but not automatically reserved by an enquiry. A case study requires the client’s consent to publication; no identifying information or results are published without approval. After the six-month founding rate lock, the standard fee then in effect is confirmed under the contract and any required notice.

What is separate?
One-time audits, full website redesigns, additional locations, large-scale technical rebuilds, paid ads, third-party subscriptions, citations/link purchases and extra content are not automatically included. We agree requested exceptions in writing before starting work.
Common questions.
What happens after three months? Standard Core and Growth move to month-to-month terms, subject to the notice period in your proposal. The founding rate remains locked for six months, even though the minimum engagement is three months.
Will you guarantee a ChatGPT or Google AI mention? No. Search results vary by prompt, market, source and date. We log observations and measure traffic/enquiries separately.
Is Google Business Profile Q&A included? We prepare relevant question-and-answer content or alternatives where that feature is supported. We do not promise availability or access to a removed or restricted feature.
How do I get the founding rate? Enquire with your Los Angeles business and website. We verify location, availability and suitability, and discuss a case study subject to your permission.
